Our system came out with knowledge and experience of the real estate deals nearly 500.
After marketing over 400 real estates for renting, selling & closing deals, we decided to make it for the ones who values real estate investing.
We are C corporations with 10.000 shares.
We buy real estates in the name of our C corporations. In return we give our C corp shares for the corporations future asset values that is based on real estates.

We are locking the assets in following ways so that you can make a wise decision from the beginning of investing.

We work with only corporations who are having full of naysayers to nearly to anything new or no, no way, sayers full of either as in the team includes accountants, assistants, CEO, CFO, doormen, drivers, janitors, lawyers, partners, or pilots.
We knew that only pioneers, and visionary people keep in the firm all naysayers and do all and keep on doing all to against all of them.
When we buy the property, sometimes it takes up to 3 months to close the buying.
Then we check up the property before renting for the tenants.
When we start having a cash from the tenants, we keep it to improve the values of the C corp shares, by taking care of the property, or collecting the rents to start new potential investments.
Every year in the 31st of december we give you total your share value in case you are interested to cash it out.
In case you ask the return of your investment shorter than 5 years, we start selling your shares for your name. This 5,10,15&20 year visionary process makes your investments keep on real estate, which we advice to you to make your investment not exceeding 5% of the amount of your total assets.

Best Exits are planned during beginning of the investing, such as I (your firm) will be selling all or some amount of the portion in the end following 3th year, 5th or 10th year ending book calendar. We will be asking these your exit visions on the day during your joining our investment group.
In case you ask for monthly cash flows we can bring additional models which will be having capital gain service fee. By doing that you may have the portions of the cash flows that is coming from the properties as a rental income or any other.
Also we can listen to all naysayers extraordinary new exit suggestions, and may agree or not!
